All cannabis seeds sold by Totemic Cannacraft are intended for genetic preservation purposes only and contain 0% THC.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that their purchase, possession, and use of any products comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Totemic Cannacraft does not provide legal, medical, or professional advice.

Totemic Cannacraft operates within South Africa.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that their purchase, possession, and use of products comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

5. Payment, Returns & Refunds

Payment must be received in accordance with the payment terms presented at checkout or otherwise communicated to you.
We may verify payment information or take reasonable steps to confirm the validity of a transaction before accepting or processing an order.
You are responsible for ensuring that your billing and payment information is accurate and up to date.
Any fees charged by your bank, payment provider, or other third party in connection with a transaction are your responsibility unless otherwise stated.
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation may be possible where the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, returns, refunds, replacements, credits, and other remedies are subject to Totemic Cannacraft's applicable Returns, Refunds, Germination, Shipping, and other published policies, as well as applicable law.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where payment cannot be processed, fraud is suspected, incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed, or other legitimate circumstances require cancellation.

6. Shipping

Shipping, delivery, lost or undelivered packages, delivery delays, risk, address requirements, replacements, and related matters are subject to Totemic Cannacraft's published Shipping Policy.
Estimated delivery times are provided as estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delays caused by couriers or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may occur.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the order has been delivered to the address provided or collected from the selected collection point, subject to applicable law.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. Additional shipping, return, or redelivery costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information may be charged to you.

7. Payment Window

Orders must be paid in full within the payment window specified at checkout or otherwise communicated to you.
If payment is not received within the applicable payment window, Totemic Cannacraft reserves the right to cancel the order and return the products to available stock.
Payment deadlines will be communicated at purchase or via email.

All content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, medical, or other professional advice. You should consult an appropriately qualified professional where necessary.

9. Content & Suggestions

If an error is discovered after an order has been placed, we reserve the right to cancel or correct the affected order. Any payment received for a cancelled order will be refunded using the original payment method where reasonably possible.
